Rosa maintains the office and client files, schedules appointments, processes and edits documents and eases the fears of nervous clients. Reliable, independent, self-motivated, and easy to get along with, Rosa puts 100% into everything she does.
Rosa treats all clients with kindness and respect from the moment she meets them, whether on the phone or in person. Her extensive knowledge of the court system stems from hands-on experience throughout her 20 years of employment in law firms. Rosa has formed excellent relationships not only with clients, but with clerks, court reporters, and other attorneys in the area.
Born and raised in Queens, Rosa still lives in Queens with her husband and two teenage daughters. She is very proud to be the first in her family to go to college, having graduated from LaGuardia Community College where she majored in Business Administration. Rosa has been working since she was 13 years old and was a travel agent for 10 years before joining the legal field.
Rosa is fluent in Italian and she loves to travel, watch old movies, and cook in her spare time. Rosa’s passion is creating novelty cakes, seizing as many opportunities as she can to bake for an event or occasion.
